Honeycomb Ice Cream
I’m sorry there are no words, seriously the only feedback I got for this ice-cream was a series of sighs and grunts. The slight bitterness of the honeycomb contrasts with the sweetness of the vanilla making it excessively morish.
This is such a fun thing to make and it’s quite easy. You can use it in ice cream, (see honeycomb ice-cream recipe) coat in chocolate, or use as a dessert garnish.
Deep Fried Chocolate Truffles
These truffles are the naughtiest, decadent vegan chocolate dessert I've ever tasted.
The first time I had these was when my then 12 year old son made them for my birthday with strawberries and homemade vanilla ice cream.
