Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream

This vanilla ice-cream is soft, silky and indulgent. We use this as a base for a lot of our other ice-cream recipes as its so easy and works really well.
Mix everything together and churn in your ice cream machine as per the manufacturers instructions.
Keeps for a 1+ weeks.
2 cups of Elmlea plant based double cream or other plant based cream
1 cup of vegan condensed milk
2 tsp Vanilla extract
